Go and check out this unique property for yourself.

Trastevere Mansion, a great addition to our portfolio

RetRome added a new townhouse to her portfolio: The Trastevere Mansion. This gorgeous 160 sqm mansion spreads over the 4 floors of an 18th century building with on top it’s best feature, a fabulous roof terrace of 35 sqm overlooking the Domes, churches, ancient monuments and roof tops of Trastevere. The location in peaceful cobble stoned alley seems to come straight out of a fairy tale image and is perfect for exploring Trastevere, one of Rome ’s most ancient and interesting quarters. Have an aperitivo at a wine-bar or go to one of the local restaurants and gaze at the vivid Roman scenery around you or engage yourself in Trastevere’s vibrant night life to get a taste of the real authentic Rome.

The Trastevere Mansion offers 3 bedrooms (2-7 persons), 2 bathrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a studio space. In the house you find all modern comforts including a Wi-Fi internet connection, Satellite TV, central heating system and partly A/C, but don’t worry, the ancient thick walls keep the heath outside. All major monuments of the city are at short walking distance so public transport is not a must.
